Our Team Members provide caring services to residents and clients throughout Saskatchewan in our Seniors Independent Living Communities, Intermediate Care Homes, Long-Term Care, Group Homes for individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities, and programs like the Seniors Day Program and the Luther Seniors Centre.

Your Position:
Your responsibilities will include assisting with companionship, home making, providing transportation, shopping, nutrition, and providing personal care as needed.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma (grade 12)
- WHMIS (must be obtained within the first three months of employment if not already certified).
- Food Safe Course (must be obtained within the first three months of employment if not already certified).
- Previous experience in a healthcare sector and working with seniors would be considered an asset.
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
As part of our commitment to providing high-quality care, successful candidates will be required to complete the following trainings within the first three months of employment.
- Two-day Personal Care Worker course, with the course fee covered by LutherCare Communities.
- TLR (Transferring, Lifting and Repositioning), an in-house training provided to all team members.

Applicants must provide a criminal background check including the vulnerable sector search prior to employment.
